CineMA has been pre-trained on UK Biobank data and fine-tuned on multiple clinically relevant tasks such as ventricle and myocaridum segmentation, ejection fraction (EF) regression, cardiovascular disease (CVD) detection and classification, and mid-valve plane and apical landmark localization.
