🚀 Add GitHub Actions workflow for HuggingFace Spaces deployment

- Automatically sync repository to HF Spaces on every push
- Auto-detects HuggingFace username from token
- Configurable Space name via environment variable
- Includes manual workflow dispatch option
- Robust error handling and logging
