Patient was slow to wake from anesthesia but otherwise had an uneventful hospital course. She was discharged home on ___. Today at home her SBP was 220 and so she presented to the OSH ED. BPs noted to be 210-220 and she was started on a nicardipine gtt. She reports nausea and an episode of vomiting at home and at OSH for which she received Zofran. Troponin 0.04 at OSH. CT head at OSH performed for c/o HA demonstrated some edema with mild MLS and the patient was transferred to ___ for neurosurgical evaluation. Currently she denies HA, nausea, numbness, weakness, tingling, vision changes.\n",
