Call for Papers

Submit Your Research

We invite researchers from all disciplines to submit abstracts for oral presentations, poster sessions, and panel discussions. Selected papers will be published in our conference proceedings.

Important Dates:

  • Abstract Submission Deadline: March 15, 2024
  • Notification of Acceptance: April 15, 2024
  • Full Paper Submission: May 15, 2024

Submission Guidelines

Abstracts should be 250-300 words and clearly state the research objectives, methodology, and key findings.

Frequently Asked Questions

You will receive an automated confirmation email immediately after completing your registration. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder. For institutional payments, confirmation may take 3-5 business days after we receive your payment.

Cancellations received before April 30, 2024 will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations between May 1-31 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after June 1, 2024, though you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us in writing.

Abstracts must be submitted through our online submission system by March 15, 2024. Please visit the "Call for Papers" section of our website for detailed submission guidelines and to access the submission form. You will need to create an account to submit your abstract.

Limited travel grants are available for full-time students presenting at the conference. Applications must be submitted by February 15, 2024. Please see the "Student Grants" section under Registration for eligibility criteria and application instructions.

The health and safety of our attendees is our top priority. We will follow all local health guidelines in effect at the time of the conference. Currently, we plan to provide hand sanitizing stations throughout the venue, enhanced cleaning protocols, and socially distanced seating options. Masks will be available but not required. We will update our policies as needed based on public health guidance.
