# ACE2-EAMv3 | |
Ai2 Climate Emulator (ACE) is a family of models designed to simulate atmospheric variability from the time scale of days to centuries. | |
**Disclaimer: ACE models are research tools and should not be used for operational climate predictions.** | |
ACE2-EAMv3 is trained on output from the E3SMv3's atmosphere model (i.e. EAMv3) forced with historical sea surface temperature (AMIP) from 1970-2020. | |
**Warning: this model does not work with the current ACE release, a newer release is coming soon** | |
