emdb-summary-generator is a fine-tuned version of andkelly21/t5-small-finetuned-pubmed designed to generate concise, human-readable summaries of Electron Microscopy Data Bank (EMDB) entries. The model uses structured metadata and, optionally, PubMed abstracts to produce summaries that highlight key structural biology insights such as method, resolution, organism, and associated publications.

This modelcard aims to be a base template for new models. It has been generated using this raw template.
