vesselFM

Checkpoints

We provide the following checkpoints:

• vesselFM_base.pt: VesselFM pre-trained on our three proposed data sources (D_real, D_drand, and D_flow). This checkpoint will be automatically downloaded in vesselfm/seg/inference.py.
