Hello MiniMax Team,

I regularly create English voiceovers for videos that are about 3 hours long. Previously, the only issue I encountered was that numbers were often pronounced incorrectly in native English. I was able to work around this by writing numbers out in words (for example, instead of “1,234,” I would write “one thousand two hundred thirty-four”).

However, for the past week, I’ve been experiencing a much more serious problem: the generated audio frequently contains severe scratching sounds that last several seconds, producing an unpleasant, high-pitched “squeaky” noise. This issue makes the audio full of errors.

Could your TTS development team please investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible? I’ve been a Pro Plan subscriber to MiniMax Audio for the past 4 months, but if this problem persists, I may have to consider switching to another TTS provider.
