@hysts Hi, We are the BASIS-China iGEM team, and we're requesting GPU resources to deploy the Transception model - a protein fitness prediction tool we've been using in our AI modeling pipeline - as an open-source web service for the iGEM community. By making this powerful model easily accessible online, future iGEM teams can predict mutation effects on protein function without dealing with complex computational setups, democratizing access to advanced protein engineering tools regardless of teams' technical resources or backgrounds. This initiative embodies iGEM's collaborative spirit by transforming a valuable research tool into a shared community resource that will accelerate innovation in synthetic biology projects for years to come.
