From time to time, Nuclearn openly releases research artifacts, models and datasets to the researchers, utility members and regulators that make up the global nuclear industry.

Domain Specific Language Models

AA-mini-[base/instruct] - The first open-source Nuclear LLM - this model has extensive training on intricate details of the operation, design and regulation of operating reactor plants in the US, nuclear specific regulations, and general nuclear operational details.

All released work is based on data compliant with DOE Part 810 and is publically obtainable.
