I was exploring the leaderboard and opened and tested one of the top leaderboard user codebase and I run the app and it got me 85 points, and now I tried to get certificate for completion of agent course and the system gave me certificate as it was a piece of sticker not proper validation. Which I am not proud of and not goana share or put it on my CV or social profiles.
The point I am trying to make here is this very issue is creating a skill gap among the developers, people can get certificate easily and when they get to interview and could not explain or build stuffs asked by the interviewer or manager at work.
