Error Uploading Certificate

When I complete and pass the quiz and click "Get your certificate" a warning message pops up that reads "Certificate upload failed, but you still passed!". I can download my certificate as an image, but if I try to use the button to add it to my LinkedIn profile, it comes up as the AI Agents Fundamentals certificate?
After looking at the source code for the exam, it appears to just be the code from the Agents course. Any plans to change this?
