Download the messages.json template file from templates directory
Create a folder with your language's ISO 639-1 language code (More info)
Translate and fill the values correctly (Formatting should be done in markdown)
Edit the languages list file
Test the bot with your translations
OPTIONAL: If you want to add list of translators as thanks, add a README.md file in the folder you created
Open a pull request
