fix: update LLM retry and delay settings in configuration

- Set default value for LLM_MAX_RETRIES to 50, improving error handling during model interactions.
- Increased LLM_MAX_DELAY from 60.0 to 600.0 to allow for longer wait times in case of retries, enhancing robustness in processing.
