Running on CPU Upgrade

Uses latest optimum release, also adding diffusers, sentence-transformers and timm in requirements to increase the number of models that can be exported cc @IlyasMoutawwakil @Jingya

also added "sign with hf" button like in https://huggingface.co/spaces/ggml-org/gguf-my-repo cc @reach-vb

also thinking of removing the task argument but can be done in a following pr wdyt @Jingya @IlyasMoutawwakil ?
